memex: rename cl-tui → cl-tty, update to v1.1.0

The cl-tty project (renamed from cl-tui to avoid Quicklisp name clash)
has been built to v1.1.0 by the Hermes Agent — 20k+ lines across 11
roadmap phases. Pure CL, no ncurses/Yoga/FFI dependencies.

Submodule path: projects/cl-tui/ → projects/cl-tty/
Remote: amr/cl-tty.git
