refactor: Move Emacs config from system/ to projects/dotemacs/

Browse Source 
- Delete deprecated system/ configuration files
- Update projects/dotemacs/modules/ with reorganized config
- Add .opencode/ directory for agent state
- Clean up attachments and unused documentation files
