The tokens on that boardgame would be strawmen, the apparent rules of the game would be the Uniform Commercial Code

The game will be called Commerce, and players will win if they give the right answers, for example to a police officer stopping them on the road and asking them for license and registration, or identification; or to how they respond in the courthouse.
