The nationwide celebration of Brindley300 is coming to Crick 2016 so you c=
an join in the fun and meet the man who made water run uphill.
The tricentenary of the birth of canal engineer=2C James Brindley=2C will=
see a costumed interpreter here at Crick so we can see a glimpse of the m=
an who made it possible to create the network of canals enjoyed today.

his use of a Cheshire cheese to demonstrate to a Parliamentary committee=

and Josiah Wedgwood.
