Chess Strategy

Opening game

Hundreds of thousands of pawns growing to occupy the centre in geographically and culturally tight ranks, securing enough size and economic power to create dependence of the market and public finances. Prevention of pawn weakness;

Developing material pieces including knights of civil society and bishops of business to protect the centre. Piece coordination;

Castling by making deals with rooks of inside politicians, bureaucrats, officers, and foreign governments to guarantee protection of the king. Connect the rooks.

The middlegame (between castling and king arrival) is between securing protection, to winning the elections and forming government:

Queen (EF) most active opening files. Files are relationships within bureaucracy

Bishops (business) most active in opening files, through regenerating dozen(s) millions of acres by economic and threatening cutting off markets.

Knights occupy sixth rank, directly threatening the opponents back ranks.

Pawns threaten no taxation without representation. Possible civil war. Passed pawns begin showing possibilities for promotion.

Winning elections leads to endgame

Endgame

King arrives in the centre

Queen sacrificed to/grows to become government

Rooks (reformed politicians and officers, democratic parliament) go deep in ranks, changing the constitutional makeup, heading major bureaucracies, foreign policy shifts, state resources geared toward regeneration

Pawns promoted to local government; decentralisation begins

Opposed king is weakened, in a transition to choosing a next symbolic head of state.
