v0.7.2: Merkle audit — audit-verify-hash with hash integrity check — TDD

audit-verify-hash counts total objects and those with missing/empty
hashes. /audit verify uses it to report VERIFY PASS or MISSING
HASHES count. fboundp-guarded.
