TUI fixes in channel-tui-main.org:
- Removed with-raw-terminal (stty raw breaks fd 0 reads in this SBCL)
- Use cat subprocess + pipe for keyboard input (via :input :interactive)
- Blocking read-char on pipe with with-timeout 0.1s for daemon processing
- Key events queued via drain-queue alongside daemon messages
- Full dialog key routing (Escape, Up/Down, Enter, filters, Backspace)
- SIGWINCH resize handling
- Post-handshake backend-size re-query
- Daemon version in status bar (was v0.5.0 hardcoded)

Eliminates COMMON-LISP-USER::DEFSKILL and other package-related
STYLE-WARNINGs during compilation. Files affected:
- gateway-messaging, programming-repl, programming-standards,
system-memory, system-archivist
Remaining warnings are cross-skill references (vault functions)
and minor same-file forward refs — category 2 per ROADMAP.
- Added ;; REPL-VERIFIED: comments to all 164 definition blocks across 30 org files
- Split 32 multi-definition blocks into one-per-block (one function per block)
- Added Org headlines to 45 blocks missing prose-before-code
- verify-repl now returns PASS on entire org/ directory
