  :catastrophic/:dangerous/:moderate/:harmless severity tiers,
  dispatcher-severity-max for tier comparison
- dispatcher-check-shell-safety: returns (:matched <names> :severity <tier>)
- Version: 0.4.2 -> 0.4.3 across handshake, ASDF, README badge
