org/dirty.org is now the source of truth for dirty.lisp and
dirty-tests.lisp. The process:
Overview → Contract → Tests → Implement → Tangle → Test (GREEN)
Hand-written .lisp files were deleted and regenerated from org alone
to prove the pipeline works.
